Every flash we offer comes with one simple rule: only flash devices that are supported. This guide explains why the rule exists and how to check a device in two minutes — before you spend a credit.
Why We Have One Strict Rule
The profit on a single job is small, but keeping these services running costs a lot. We can't put the whole tool at risk for one job, so unsupported devices are blocked on the spot, with no exceptions. Please run the checks below before every flash.
Check the Device First
1. SoulAuth IMEI Checker (fastest)
Enter the IMEI in our IMEI Checker. It shows the Mi Account status and whether the device is Global or CN.
2. Mi Account lock (on or off)
Open Xiaomi's official Activation Lock status page to see whether the Mi Account is on or off.
3. Global or CN
Verify the region on Xiaomi's official IMEI verification page.
Device Won't Turn On? Use the FSN
If the phone is dead and you can't read its IMEI, look for the FSN code printed on the motherboard. Most of our authorized resellers offer a Xiaomi checker service, so you can have the device checked by FSN there.
Instalment Plans and MDM: No Lookup Exists
There is no public check for instalment plans or MDM locks. The most sensible approach is to talk to your customer. If you don't fully trust them, load only as much credit as that single job needs.
- The IMEI check shows Mi Account OFF
- The device is Global — not China, MDM, PayJoy, Instalment or FMI
- No ENG preloader or ENG firmware is installed
- You have credit for this job only (MTK v6 New needs two steps)
All Clear? Start Flashing
If every check passes, continue with the MTK Flash guide.
